DELIVERY AND SHIPPING METHODS
The products purchased on our site can be delivered throughout Italy, excluding the smaller islands (including Sardinia and Sicily).
If you need to receive the goods urgently or abroad in countries not indicated, contact us by phone or email and we will indicate the exact cost of shipping and delivery times.
The goods will be sent by Bartolini courier, in the times indicated.
You can still track your shipment on the website www.brt.it.
The goods will be sent to the address indicated at the time of the order.
We offer you a standard delivery service of our products, which will be 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the payment transfer, except for exceptions that are not dependent on our will or, in any case, on our responsibility. We remind you that couriers carry out transport and deliveries only during weekdays.
Virano S.a.S. cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a possible delay in delivery or damage to the order by the courier.
You will have the option, upon delivery, to open the package and to check the conformity of the product, which must not show obvious damage. Otherwise, we advise you not to accept the delivery, return everything to the courier and send, within the following 48 hours, an informative email of the incident to info@viranogioielli.it.
In the event that the packaging involves external damage, the order must be “accepted with reserve”, indicating in detail the visible damage to the box and always affixing your signature (or person in charge of collection). Otherwise, any subsequent refund request relating to these damages will be automatically refused.
RETURN OF GOODS
You will always have the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs, bank charges, credit card or paypal fees, incurred in the transaction. The goods must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. The refund will take place after 3 working days from the receipt by us of the product, in order to verify its original requirements.
A. Products subject to the right of withdrawal
Our policy is to guarantee your satisfaction every time you purchase one of our products. If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return the goods to us within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you have acquired physical possession of the well, according to the standard instructions on the right of withdrawal specified above, following the return procedure described below.
• We specify that in accordance with art. 59 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of sealed goods (such as, for example, earrings) that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and which were opened after delivery. Nor is it possible to return goods for personalized goods through engravings or other procedures.
• If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedure described below and in any case in accordance with the above, within the indicated period and if the product you have returned to us meets the agreed conditions or in any case those set by art. 57 of the Consumer Code, we will reimburse you only for the cost of the product purchased using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction. The direct costs of returning the goods will be your sole responsibility.
• The deadline for reimbursement is 14 days from the day you informed us of your willingness to withdraw from the sales contract.
• The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons who act for purposes related to the professional activity that may be carried out.
• Without prejudice to the Right of Withdrawal, in the same cases and within the same deadline (14 days from receipt of the goods) we offer you, as an alternative to reimbursement, the possibility of exchanging goods at our store, located in Turin in Via Giolitti n. 7 bis, with an article of equal or greater amount, paying, in the latter case, the difference. In this case, it is necessary to show the Delivery Note and return the Product in the same condition in which it was received.
Return procedure by mail:
1. send an e-mail to info@viranogioielli.it with the subject “Return ORDER NO .: XXX – Right of withdrawal” informing us of the shipment;
2. attach the Return Form (clicK here), print, sign and complete it in all its parts together with the delivery note found inside the package containing the product to be returned;
3. Send everything, by courier, to Virano S.a.S., Via Giolitti n. 7 bis, Turin.
Defective products
We always do our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in the best conditions. If, however, a delivered product is defective, we will replace it partially or totally with an identical product or having similar characteristics – after ascertaining the defect. We will take care of the collection of the defective product and the delivery of the replaced product by express courier. We would like to point out that warranty replacement is assured only if the terms and conditions are respected, in compliance with the legislation envisaged by the Consumer Code.
Return procedure:

3. enter the Return Form (completed in its entirety and signed) together with the Delivery Note inside the package containing the product to be returned;
4. adequately pack the Product that will be collected by express courier from Virano S.a.S. free of charge.
c. Product not compliant with the order
In the event you receive a product that does not conform to the order, we ask you to inform us promptly and in any case no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods, of your willingness to withdraw from the sales contract. In this case, we will cancel the order made and refund the cost of the product purchased using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, after returning the product received. In this case, we will organize the collection of the non-compliant product by express courier.

3. insert the Return Form (completed in its entirety and signed) together with the Delivery Note inside the package containing the product to be returned;
4. adequately pack the Product that will be collected by express courier from Virano S.a.S. free of charge. The right of withdrawal is totally lost in the following cases:
- The lack of the external packaging and / or the original packaging;
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
- A state of the product, due to its use, which has compromised its integrity and / or hygiene.
The costs and risks of transport for the return, in the cases referred to point A above, are entirely borne by the customer. The return of products that are not intact, deteriorated or without original accessories or equipment will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs. Even in case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Virano S.a.S. will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the same.
For everything not specified, please refer explicitly to the current legislation on online commerce, the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and the most recent European legislation, EU directive 2011/83 on consumer rights.
