The “Change for the better” Oris project
Oris has been supporting the global “Change for the better” project for years, collaborating with various marine protection and conservation bodies.
A new partnership with the Spazzapnea association has given life to a mission called “Operation clean seabeds”, where we are concretely committed to protecting our seas.
Oris Aquis Date Upcycle
Oris continues its “Change for the better” mission with the Acquis Date Upcycle, a watch with a unique face made of recycled PET plastic.
Characteristics of the clock
- Case:
Case material is multi-part stainless steel, unidirectional rotating bezel with gray ceramic insert. Sapphire crystal, curved on two sides and anti-reflective treatment inside. Screw-down stainless steel caseback and transparent mineral glass.
- Movement:
Center minutes and seconds, date window with quick setting, stop-second.The winding is automatic, with a power reserve of 38 hours.
- Dial:
Dial design made from recycled and unique PET plastic.Luminescent materials. The strap is a stainless steel bracelet with a folding, extendable clasp.
This Oris model is also available in a women’s version.
